Hi,
yes it is working with the old Version 3.6.1 and I hear the ringing but no voice(but I see it on the GUI) and the other side does hear only crackle when I speak.
On the old Version you can choose for ringing/speaking/hearing different audio sources but on the new Version there is only ALSA(standard) and I have to choose the headset on system settings.
I have compiled the actual VersionĀ  debian and rasbian with my "script"

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get upgrade -y -f

sudo apt-get install -y git libtool libssl-dev libssl1.0.0 intltool libgtk2.0-dev libspeexdsp-dev libavcodec-dev libswscale-dev libx11-dev libxv-dev libgl1-mesa-dev libglew1.6-dev libv4l-dev libxml2-dev libvpx-dev libasound2-dev libpulse-dev libpolarssl-dev antlr3 libantlr3c-dev libreadline-dev libgsm1-dev libtheora-dev libsoup2.4-dev libsqlite3-dev libupnp6-dev libx264-dev cmake nasm yasm exfat-fuse exfat-utils shutter firefox-esr firefox-esr-l10n-de samba samba-common smbclient gdb gfortran

git clone git://git.linphone.org/linphone-desktop.git --recursive

cd linphone-desktop/

export RASPBIAN_ROOTFS=/

./prepare.py -c

./prepare.py -DENABLE_GTK_UI=ON -ac desktop-raspberry #<-This one only on raspberry

make -j 6 #4 on Raspberry and 1 to find errors

Raspberry Pi 3, Microsoft USB headset, Rasbian 7(Upgraded to the last Updates)

Hello,

Check if submodules were cloned too while checking out. Unfortunately, i don't have the equipment to test your setup. Are you sure your headsets are being detected on the system? Try testing them with pulseaudio and has there been any updates to the system too ? Some more info would be helpful.

Thank you.

Hi,

linphone-desktop 3.6.1 is not avalible anymore.
With linphone 3.6.1 I get the error at ./configure:

checking for ORTP... no
configure: error: Couldn't find ortp library
configure: error: ./configure failed for mediastreamer2

Or does someone know how to fix the issue witch the USB-Headsets(Raspberry/Debian)?

Once you've cloned the linphone source code repository, you can obtain
every release (which is git tag) by running, e.g.:

git checkout 3.6.1
