[Linphone-developers] Last official version fails to compile with recent ffmpeg (code is not yet fixed)

Hi,

During compilation I has to use the following patche from upstream git. 
This patch, while fixing the compilation problem, just masks the fact 
that linphone code use deprecated way to access ffmpeg field.

It would be more future prof to fix the code to no more use deprecated 
functions.
