[Linphone-developers] ios registration failed

I'm wondering if anyone can help. I cannot seem to get the linphone iOS 
app to connect to my sipgate account. I am relatively new to SIP 
technology but I have isolated it to just this app on my iphone - 
linphone on OS X (Mac mini) works fine behind my ADSL router and a 
different SIP softphone (media5) works OK on my iphone behind ADSL router.

When trying to register my sipgate SIP account on iOS linphone, it fails 
to connect almost immediately with an error message "Registration 
Failure - cannot reach the server; either invalid address or temporary 
down".

I have appended the debug log below, apologies for it being quite long.

I have read that there might be a problem with linphone on iOS 10 due to 
the way it handles various background ports but couldn't find any 
further information as to whether this was still an ongoing issue.

I'd be keen to get this working on iPhone if possible and am grateful 
for any help people can give.
