[Linphone-developers] SIP SDP Offer/Answer - Codec Negotiation - Second Offer

Hi all,

I noticed that in SDP codec negotiation linphone replies to an offer with all matching codecs in the preference order as in the offer. This way, in negotiation, the first codec chosen is always the same in both sides.

But I also noticed that contrary to other softphones, linphone doesn't use second offer to elect  only 1 codec as a chosen one.

Is this somehow configurable? Was this an development choice? Or some feature that you pretend implement in future?
