Hello, 


I'm trying to build linphone-desktop on windows 10 with Visual Studio 12 2013.
I made the steps in the Readme, but when I try to build on Visual Studio, I have an error with the project "Belle-sip". The error is "sys/time.h : no such file or directory".

What can I do to resolve this ?
