Hi Sabrina,
now the log attached.
What i found out:

error 87 appears several times.
What does that mean ? Is it severe ?

appears often. Video d (downstream ?) is mostly between 60 - 70 (Kbit/s ?).
That's the problem, isn't it ? What's the reason ?
