[Linphone-developers] audio route issue when coming off hold |

We have noticed that liblinphone and Linphone for iPhone have a problem with
audio routing after placing a call on hold and then resuming.
Steps to reproduce:
* place a call
* change the audio output to speakerphone (or bluetooth, I think)
* put the call on hold (now if you check the available audio routes, “iPhone
Speaker" is unavailable)
* resume the call (now the audio plays through the handset, but “iPhone
Speaker” is once again available)
It only occurs if the call is placed on local hold; when the other side goes on
hold it sends music which continues to play. I suspect the problem is with
mediastreamer2 changing the audio session from PlayAndRecord to Ambient. Is it
possible to either alter this behavior or save and restore the selected audio
route when going on hold?
Thanks,
Eli
