On most SIP alg, just configure your SIP server with a non standard port. It will do the trick.

Hi,

Other than using STUN/TURN functions, is there any way to
bypass/workaround SIP ALG enabled on many WiFi routers? Although SIP
ALG was designed to help with NAT, in most cases it does the opposite
and breaks SIP.

Someone should talk to the router manufacturers and get them to disable the
ALG's.
