I have tried using both x264 and openh264 codecs but outgoing video picture is very unstable. When action is more or less static, then video shows just fine, but when some action starts like hands moving, somebody is walking, etc, images becomes garbled and pixelated.
I have set 4mbps as an outgoing and incoming bw limit, 30 fps and were trying different resolutions from cif to 720p.
Test calls were done between linphone and jitsi.
Any hints? Thank you.
