Hi,
call drop after 30s are often caused by something going wrong in the SDP exchange, mainly, the final 200 Ok packet never reaching destination.

What transport do you use?

Try to set to transport to TLS as some router are messing the SDP exchange when accessible to them (so UDP or plain TCP).

I have added enabled nat=yes on linphonerc and linphonerc_factory files. but it couldn't slove my problem.
