I think I have found a bug. In linphonecore.c:2589 (in linphone_core_iterate)
the reason for an incoming call timeout is set to LinphoneReasonBusy, but it
should be LinphoneReasonNotAnswered. Our SIP server doesn’t react to missed
calls properly when we get Busy when a call isn’t answered.
