[Linphone-developers] Does Linphone use neteq of webrtc?

Hello all,

I have searched the mailing list archive and found http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/linphone-developers/2014-12/msg00082.html mentions that linphone use isac and echo canceller of webrtc. But I'm not sure whether Linphone use neteq or something else to achive adaptive jitter buffer control.
