Has anyone recently got the H264 plugin working ok on the 3.8 version of Linphone?
I’m getting these messages in the log with any of the plugins I’ve downloaded:

Works fine in Ubuntu where I compiled from source. Don’t have the build environment on Windows to do that currently.
I’ve tried a few versions of the plugin installer from:
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/linphone/plugins/win32/
but started with version 1.4.3.
