No answer on the below, but if I
manually edit .linphonerc and set the contact address it seems
that somewhere in the code it's keeping the user portion of the
URI, but re-writing the host portion to my public IP.
If I URI dial I want to present a URI a call can be returned at,
not necessarily my current public IP which is just that of my NAT
gateway...

Hi,
I'm provisioning android linphone with an XML file (delivered at a
URL) and trying to change the value in Settings / Advanced /
Username to be a valid SIP URI.
I'm not sure how to target this?
I've tried
<section name="sip">
<entry name="contact">sip:linphone@mydomain.tld</entry>
but that doesn't seem to work...
Does anyone know how I could target this? (or where I start to
follow this through the code?)
Regards,
Dave
