[Linphone-developers] rename "register" to "disable"

Dear devels,
On Linphone desktop I was for quite a long time fooled into thinking
that there was no way to "disable" an existing account (without
deleting it). But of course there is: simply uncheck "Register".

To keep this option consistent across platforms, I would suggest
renaming this option to "Disable" (along with a switch in the boolean
meaning, and unchecked by default), same as it is named on Android.
This should make things less confusing for users.
