Hi Juan,

Yes indeed, we should have set the UDP and TCP port to random as well as for TLS by default. We just pushed a new version on the Google Play Store (which should be available in the next few hours) with a fix for this (along with other fixes).

Cheers.

Hello all,

I am writing you because it seems that there is a problem when setting
TCP as transport protocol for SIP.

It only works the first time that the app is started after a reboot.

It seems that the app does not release the TCP socket. Also, why it
does not use a random port as in TLS?

Here is the debug output:

Creating listening point [0x6d2bbb00] on [sip:0.0.0.0:5060;transport=UDP] Creating listening point [0x6c771490] on [sip:0.0.0.0:5060;transport=TCP]
TCP bind() failed for 0.0.0.0 port 5060: Address already in use
Listening point [0x6c771490] on [sip:0.0.0.0:5060;transport=TCP] destroyed Could not start tcp transport on port 5060, maybe this port is already used.
Creating listening point [0x6d2f4ed8] on [sip:0.0.0.0:-1;transport=TLS]
Random TCP port is 51145

PS: It is the Android version (Linphone app v2.3).
