Hi Aravindan,

Fill your domain without the port, and set the proxy as domain:port (or 
ip:port).
And set the outbound proxy to On.

I've just tried with sip.linphone.org as domain and 
sip.linphone.org:5223 as proxy (with TLS as transport) and I've no 
registration issue.
