Hi,
I would have a very small, but probably useful suggestion.
Wouldn't it be possible to change the linphone.exe code such, that
linphone.exe can be called from any directory.
At the moment linphone.exe fails with following error if the current
directory is not the directory (above the linphone bin directory)
ERRORL Could not locate neither gtk/main.ui nor ./share/linphone/main.ui
For me the current behaviour doesn't make any sense.
the linphone version can be started from any directory the windows
version can't
I guess changing the current behaviour would mainly consider rendering
paths relative to the executable's directory,
Alternatively though not really perfect. linphone.exe could change its
working directory at the start of it's execution.
If you're concerned, that most users like the current behaviour, then it
could berhaps be possible to add a switch, that will
allow to find it's files relative to the executable's location?
