Based on the response we've cleaned-up our code and put it at https://github.com/babelroom/LinPhoneGap

 

Disclaimer: as the response was not large and the future of phonegap unsure we were unable to commit much time to this effort. I imagine this will be a very useful reference and with sufficient interest we'll take it further. YMMV.
