Yesterday I received a call from a french number (maybe related? or coincidental)

The following was in my linphonerc preventing linphone from starting. The problem seemed to have stemmed from the address name assigned.

[call_log_0]
dir=1
status=2
from="é" <sip:address@hidden>
to=sip:address@hidden
start_date_time=1396991575
duration=14
quality=-1.000000
video_enabled=0
call_id=address@hidden:5060

This caused this event to show up in the event viewer.
