[Linphone-developers] Linphone android - build problem

I have a problem when i make i get this error:

configure: error: cannot find install-sh, install.sh, or shtool in build-aux
"."/build-aux

i tried to ./configure manual from directory: submodules/libilbc-rfc3951 and
i get same error.

Anyone know?
