It could be interesting if i can download only the package that i want to develop.
For an example: i don't want to use video in my linphone. So, why i have to download the packages?

It's true that after that error, if i try to write "make all enable_gpl_third_parties=yes enable_zrtp=no", i have many errors...

Turns out builders.d/openh264.mk - at line 52 is missing "&&" before the rm command.
