[Linphone-developers] android 2.3.7 camera patch

Hi,

I have HTC Desire (Bravo), running Android 2.3.7 (sdk version 10).

And the video doesn't work because there is a NPE in

org.linphone.mediastream.video.capture.AndroidVideoApi9JniWrapper

line 61: params.getSupportedPreviewFpsRange()

this returns null - idk why, maybe it's a bug in android or a hardware 
issue...

i've got the workaround... :)

will be glad if you merge the patch (attached here)

my camera starts without problems now.
