I reckon you are looking for
git://git.linphone.org/srtp.git
The installation instruction in the linphone repo refer to this
srtp repo for SRTP support.
However, I should also have liked to see more documentation on the
security features. «Secure connection» is not a meaningful as an
absolute. Security only exist relative to a set of identified threats.
(For instance, SRTP assumes trust in every certificate authorities, and
relative to the threats of fake certificates or confused identities,
it is not secure.)
I am not sure if SRTP repo is all that you need. I'd be grateful if
you'd share any insight you aquire :-)
