[Linphone-developers] contact presence notification is flaky

There are problems with the contact presence notification. I have a
contact that was online, but linphone said they were offline. I asked
this contact if they had enabled "Show this contact presence status" and
"Allow this contact to see my presence status". They said they were both
on. Then after they unchecked and rechecked these boxes and saved,
presence notification started working again! I am still trying to
reproduce these results, but the contact I mentioned is very impatient
with testing these things, so I'll have to find somebody else with
linphone who wants to test this. Volunteers are welcome.
