Not yet.

srtp/ zrtp - we are awaiting an updated srtp in Debian, the current version is 
still too old:
checking srtp/srtp.h usability... yes
checking srtp/srtp.h presence... yes
checking for srtp/srtp.h... yes
checking for srtp_init in -lsrtp... yes
checking for srtp_shutdown in -lsrtp... yes
checking for sha1_update in -lsrtp... yes
configure: error: This libsrtp version exports symbols conflicting with other 
libraries. Please use the one from git://git.linphone.org/srtp.git

libsrtp0-dev                               1.4.5~20130609~dfsg-1 

ssl - linphone/3.6.1 doesn't yet have the openssl exception, thus we haven't 
linked.  I see you have committed the openssl exception in your git, so the 
next linphone release should be able to ship with ssl linking.
