Hi,
I was able to fix the issue reported below. Since this is
the first time I modified linphone code I would like to know how can
I submit those modifications, namely:
Is there any test suite to run ?
Should the modifications be reviewed by someone ?
Is it possible to submit the modifications directly ? If yes do I
have to register as a commiter or something like that ?, or should I
send a patch to someone ?, in which format ?

Settings
- Ring Tone picker box will show "None"

- You can play it if you want

- Open the Preferences -> Multimedia Settings again and
you will find the ring tone configuration is empty again
If you open ".linphonerc" the "local_ring" configuration
is filled with users home folder + some weird ASCII
characters so I guess value might be corrupted some how
As far as I noticed this only happens with this
configuration. Everithing else seems to be fine.
