1)
git version does not compile:
linphonecore.c:3129:39: error: 'struct _AudioStream' has no member named 'ms'

2)
latest release version 3.5.2 does not start sometimes, but then it suddenly 
starts working.

alsa problems: can't hear anything from headphones, but volume meter shows the 
speech,
and ringing works!  every other alsa application works.
