[Linphone-developers] create exosip2.dll

Hello,

I have modified the libeXosip-sources and I would like to use the
changes with linphone. Unfortunately, I have not found a way to build
an eXosip-dll using mingw under Windows 7.
Has anyone made experiences and can help/guide me? For Windows
linphone uses an eXosip-dll, so there must be a way using mingw, right?
