[Linphone-developers] Poor Video Quality over 3G

Hi all,

I found poor video quality by using v8 video codec when testing video call.

If the testing network is over 3G, the video quality is unacceptable.

But WIFI is fine. 

My Test Environment: 

iPhone4 (3G) <--> iPad2 ( 3G )

Video codec: v8 

If linphone would be used for the public, using 3G network is very common for users.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
