The problem is introduced in commit 15eecb2a. This erroneously removes 
h264dec.c from mediastreamer2/src/Makefile.am, and therefore linphone 
has no h264 decoder. This prevents the h264 encoder from being used as a 
matching decoder is unavailable.

Please fix!
