Hi everyone,
The iPhone latest git version doesn't work in background as expected when I choose the transport to be UDP.
When I try to call the phone while it's in background, I get "Cannot call, no response" on the caller, and nothing on the recipient (iPhone). if I reopen linphone on the recipient, I get a ring for a second then it closes on it's own. and that happens after I have terminated the call on the caller phone.
also, if I leave the application in the background for about 10 minutes, it gives me a notification message that someone is calling!
If I use TCP, everything works normally. so, I have some questions here...
1- What exactly happens when I switch between TCP and UDP in the settings?
2- When I switch to TCP, do you switch both control and voice connections to TCP or just the control connection?
I'm currently using iOS 4.3.3 on iPad. and connected to
sip.linphone.org
