Dear Philip,
I got the apk from the web site you offered.
It worked at 09/16 01:27 PM(GMT+8).
Maybe you can take a try later.

Hi,
I'm Sylvain Berfini, a newcomer in the linphone team, working at Belledonne Communications and in charge of public releases.
There is a new release of linphone-android available both on the Market and in linphone.org.
It provides some new features :

integration of VP8 (WebM) video codec
integration of G722 audio codec
echo canceller and sound quality improvements

Regards.
