It allow me to go a bit further.
Unfortunately I'm still getting the error I had before i.e.
Compile thumb : msilbc <= ilbc.c

Despite the prepare_sources.sh now can deals with the missing programs you told
me about
the iLBC prepare stage won't work.
The error is a little bit verbose this time even if this is gibberish for me.

You should install the programs libtoolize, aclocal, automake and
autoconf.
