[Linphone-developers] msilbc-2.0.3 tarball broken?

Hi,

I tried to compile the msilbc pulgin 2.0.3 on openSUSE 11.4.
It configures OK (by setting the variables ILBC_CFLAGS and ILBC_LIBS to the 
desired values as the ilbc package that 
comes with the distribution lacks a pkgconfig file), but the following "make" 
aborts with an error:

CDPATH="${ZSH_VERSION+.}:" && cd . && /bin/sh 
/usr/src/packages/BUILD/msilbc-2.0.3/build-aux/missing --run aclocal-1.11 
-I m4
aclocal-1.11: couldn't open directory `m4': Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht 
gefunden
make: *** [aclocal.m4] Fehler 1

In fact, there's no m4 folder as it complains. Shouldn't it be part of the tar 
ball if it is required?
How can it be compiled then?
