[Linphone-developers] oRTP .gitignore patch

A 'git status' from top-level dir 
finds the oRTP submodule dir "dirty"
after an ./autogen.sh run from top-level.

This is likely due to ortp-config.h.in being
generated inside oRTP, making the dir "dirty".

The attached patch puts the generated file
in .gitignore to fix the issue.

To be applied in oRTP, not linphone.
