[Linphone-developers] H263+ at 17 FPS?

Hello every one,

I am quite disturbed by the frame rate used by mediastreamer2 to output H263+ 
video: (as long as the manually-
set bandwidth limitation is 0 or above 521000) Linphone streams at 17 frames 
per second. Why?

And, particularly, why not 15 or 30? I would love to have Linphone stream at 30 
FPS without having to recompile 
mediastreamer.
