[Linphone-developers] Audio Privacy / Video Privacy?

Hello,

I noticed there is  linphone_core_mute_mic to provide the users with some sort of video privacy, but there isn't an equivalent for video (I think).
Is there a way I could simulate this by perhaps choosing a different video source (image with a "NO VIDEO" image or something) while on a call? 
Any pointers will be appreciated.
