Will we have the same problem with real-time text, where some implementations 
use lower case "red" and "t140" as Payload types and some use capital "RED" and 
"T140" in SDP? Or is case - non-sensitivity already implemented in sdp parsing?

Well, it is not designed to handle mime alias. Fixing in offeranswer.c
is perhaps the quickest solution. Ugly fix for an ugly problem.
