[Linphone-developers] [patch] Allow configuration of video codecs in linphonec

Hello,

I've made a small change to the command interpreter to allow video 
codecs to be configured in the same way audio codecs are. I introduced a 
vcodec command group and left audio codec commands as codec for 
backwards compatibility. You may wish to rename that to acodec.

The attached patch is against git tip.
