[Linphone-developers] UI tabs

Hi all!

Please find attached a patch that implements a tabbed UI for linphone. 
The idea is to keep the address bar at the top of the interface, at all 
time, while providing a number of tabs under the address bar. These tabs 
are:

1. The "idle_view", i.e. the list of your contacts, together with your 
current registration details.

2. The keypad, which has been moved to a specific tab, since it is 
seldom used.

3. A dynamically shown/hidden tab that provides with call details during 
calls.

Thanks to the patch, the buttons to start and end a call are always at 
the same position in the UI, which has been a driving force for the 
development of this patch.
