Hello,

while connecting to a german ISDN phone, I had to disable
all codecs except PCMA and PCMU. Otherwise, the ISDN phone
wasn't able to hear me. Maybe that's an error in codec
negotiation in linphone; the ISDN phone may give no answer
at all and linphone has to use PCMA? PBX was sipgate.de.
