[Linphone-developers] Soundcard busy

Hi there,

while working with linphone (only with the console version), I realized that
if the soundcard is already used by another application, only the
oss_read_process
(in case of an OSS reader) gets called, but not the other filters
attached in the chain
like alaw_enc_process and rtp_send_process.

Could that be becasue the oss_read_process fail to retrieve any data,
thus putting nothing
in the output buffer?

It would be nice if this kind of problem was displayed by a warning
message or something ("soundcard busy").
