Hi Vadim,

Use mingw32 !
You can download a linphone-deps tree from here:
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/linphone/misc/linphone-win32-deps-3.1.0.tar.gz

As you can imagine there is hours of headache in this tar.gz :-)
