Your configuration looks good.
The problem seems to be that you unluckily behind a firewall that filters UDP
traffic.
Linphone uses UDP (not TCP) protocol to communicate. The firewall must have
UDP masquerading enabled at least on ports 5060, 7078 and 9078 to enable
linphone to work.
