[Linphone-developers] [patch] check host, not target

oRTP and mediastreamer2 check $target when they should be checking
$host.  they also check the entire tuple instead of just the os in a
few places.  i dont have any hpux/osf machines to test on, but i'm
pretty sure the os field is correct in my changes.  it also fixes the
case where it ignores uclinux when it should be treating it just like
linux.
