[Linphone-developers] [PATH] one-way video for linphone-1.7.1

Hi Simon,

Here is a patch to enable one-way video (capture->encoder->rtp->decoder->display)
in linphone. This could be useful in embedded system for applications like video doorbell.
I've tested on two blackfin boards, one with a camera, the other one with LCD. 

Two new command line options are added:
  " -C                   enable video capture (disabled by default)"
  " -D                   enable video display (disabled by default)"

The patch is against 
linphone-1.7.1. Please give some comments.
