Hi sanil,
Yes, regeneration of linphone (configuration and makefiles) is ok after 
upgrading the whole tools (GNU tools : pkg-cfg, intltool, 
libtool....autotools). For me threre is no problems no more.
Thanx GNU and CVS for maintening a free database that works,
