I am trying to build the linphone on Windows.
Are the instructions at http://www.linphone.org/index.php/eng/download (pasted below) up to date?
==========================================================
build linphone's dependencies, preferabiliy as .a (archive libraries) rather than dll because windows dlls are source of problems during compilation.
- libosip2=2.2.2
- speex>=1.1.6
- libtheora>=1.0alpha7
- ffmpeg
Once everything is compiled, install the .a files into the 'lib' directory of wxDev-C++, and directories containing the public header files into the 'include' directory.
Then you need compile to different sub-part of linphone:
- oRTP
- mediastreamer2
- eXosip
- liblinphone
wxDev-C++ .dev project files are available for all those parts in the CVS tree.
Finally you can compile the graphical interface whose source code
is in the 'linphone-wx' directory of the cvs tree.

Thanks
