The very latest CVS is using osip2-3.0.3 and eXosip2-3.0.3 versions.

Those version were released last week on:

ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/osip/libosip2-3.0.3.tar.gz
http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/exosip/libeXosip2-3.0.3.tar.gz

I hope those version will be available soon on your distro, or just 
compile them!
